i feel like the perfect word would be withdrawal. i miss new york, but kinda not? i guess i miss all the chinese-ness of it or something. all the family members gathering all in one night for the wedding and seeing people i haven't seen for yearrrrrrrs.

kinda awkward at first, but enjoyed at towards the end.
i feel kinda depressed and distant from everything.

So I bought this recently on eBay and it came today! It's a bit bigger than I would have liked it (and as advertised), but it works! I hope they'll let me bring it as a carryon bag since the dimensions don't quite fall into requirements ><.

I'll use it for school on alternating days for now until my trip to New York for my uncle's wedding! I can't wait to eat all the yummy Chinatown food in NYC! :D And going to go shopping crazy with my sister and eat ALL the food we can't eat down here O:].
